CHFA provided financing for approximately 48 permanent supportive housing developments under various supportive housing initiative programs. The total number of units in the portfolio is approximately 1,168. The developments range in size from 4 units to 102 units. However, most of the developments are comprised of 30 units or less. The properties are located throughout the State of Connecticut and were built between 1995 and 2015. Please see Attachment 1 for a list of the properties in this portfolio. CHFA desires to assess the capital needs of the portfolio to develop a recapitalization plan.
