The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to partner with an organization that provides comprehensive consultative services for the design and implementation of a professional learning plan focused on embedding learning science principles into the instructional practices of the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). The products and services would broadly serve the following objectives: ● Build a district-wide common language and collective efficacy in learning science principles and their application to the classroom ● Deepen understanding of practice-based, evidence-informed instruction that teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators can recognize and use ● Sustain the use of such practices by building the capacity of all district stakeholders and reinforcing district-wide structures and systems
