Specifications include, but are not limited to: Solicitating a lump sum bid for a Contractor for the following: • to furnish and install furnish, hang, and finish approximately (384 sq feet) of drywall • prime approximately (546 Sq feet if interior office space paint approximately (1,650 sq feet per coat) of interior office space • install approximately (88 sq feet) nylon commercial carpet tile (carpet tile furnished by the Administration) • install approximately (410 sq feet ) of VCT floor tile that will be furnished by the Administration • furnish, and install (112 sq feet)of VCT floor tiles that shall be furnished by the contractor • furnish, and install approximately (182 liner feet) of 4” vinyl cove base • furnish and install approximately (60 LF ) of VCT transition strips brown in color • furnish and install a (42” ADA sink vanity 32” in height’) • the contractor shall install base cabinets and wall shelfing units (provided by the administration) located on the lower level • the contractor shall furnish and install new metal stainless finish wall plates for all light switches and receptacles within the work area
