The work to be done shall include the furnishing of all the necessary labor, tools, equipment, supplies, miscellaneous items, and ditching and backhoe services, required for installations, and repair of, or modifications to the City of Edmond’s Wastewater System, all in accordance with specifications. 10.2. The Contractor shall be provided work orders daily from the Wastewater Line Maintenance (WWLM) Division of Field Services and complete the work as directed by the City’s duly authorized representative. 10.3. General: 10.3.1. Bidders for this contract should familiarize themselves with the methods of repair utilized by Edmond WWLM Division and any other rules and regulations that could affect their bidding. 10.3.2. The bidder must include a list of equipment and indicate the age and condition of what he has available to do this work. 10.3.3. The Contractor shall provide his own office and construction facilities unless otherwise authorized by the City’s duly authorized representative to use the property of the City of Edmond for the storage of equipment or supplies. 10.3.4. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning up rubbish or any surplus material on the job site caused by his employees. 10.3.5. The Contractor shall be responsible for damages caused by his equipment and/or employees while performing work in public rights-of-way, easements, and on private property under the direction of Edmond WWLM Division. 10.3.6. There is no set guarantee of how many or how little repairs are needed at any given time and will fluctuate throughout the year. 10.3.7. Jobs must be started within three (3 days) of notice to begin. 10.3.8.
