Installation of New Ceiling System • Supply and install new 2x2 ceiling grid system that meets industry standards and project specifications. • Supply and install new ceiling tiles in accordance with selected specifications. • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure installation of ceiling components. • Accommodate all existing HVAC vents, lighting fixtures, and other ceiling-mounted elements. Compliance and Coordination • Work must comply with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Contractor must coordinate with the owner’s representatives and other contractors to minimize disruptions to facility operations. • Perform quality control checks to ensure proper installation and finishing. Site Cleanup and Final Inspection • Remove all debris and construction materials from the site. • Conduct a final walkthrough with the owner’s representative to ensure work is completed to satisfaction. • Address any deficiencies before project closeout.
