Removal of existing concrete bridge and CMP culvert and replacement with a new precast box culvert and wingwalls along the East Branch of the North River in Jacksonville, Vermont. Specifically, the work will include, but not limited to: mobilization, utility pole relocation, electrical conduit installation, traffic control, sediment and erosion control, excavation, control of water, removal of the existing bridge, removal of the existing culvert, installation of new precast culvert & precast wingwalls, installation of block retaining walls, full depth roadway reconstruction, asphalt paving, pavement markings, sidewalk and curb replacement, guardrail, bridge rail, sign replacement, restoration and related roadway and channel work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
