The Authority is requesting quotes from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide full Electrical Maintenance and Repair services. The contractor shall perform all task/ repairs to stair systems, walkways, and roadways in accordance with the contract documents and shall be available as needed on an on-call basis, prepared to perform routine and urgent repairs, replacements and hazard areas at all GHA properties. All work under this contract must be performed by a Massachusetts licensed contractor. The Contractor shall perform maintenance and repair services as specified herein to all GHA property herein during normal business hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No work shall be done on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays except as specifically requested and authorized by the Owner.
