ODNR is seeking professional design services for the design and construction administration required for this project. Additionally, facility assessments and master planning efforts will be provided, working with Parks and Watercraft staff to identify facility needs such as change of use requirements, operating efficiencies, long-term maintenance/durability issues, and anticipated customer demands. The design for this project will include investigation and assessments of existing utilities/infrastructure (water, sewer, storm drainage, electric, paving) at each park holistically. This will encompass the condition of materials, sources of service, capacity, and expansion capability. The presence of ACM subgrade piping will need to be determined through investigation to provide a design plan that captures both immediate and future facility needs.
