2. Specifications The Bid must meet or exceed the following Specifications. All products that are specified will need to be provided by Mobil brand that is stated with no substitutions. All oil testing services will cover the following: • Oil testing and analysis • All test tubes and testing supplies • Pickup and drop off tested lubricants • All results with detailed reporting and explanation • Lubrication inventory control and estimating strategies • Site evaluations for lubrications best practices and implementation • Delivery and setup of products for efficient dispensing (all equipment supplied by vendor) • Vendor supplied training for Lubrication PdM practices and test results for clarification • Oil condition monitoring program setup • Lubricant qualification services • Wear metals testing • Gear lubricant testing • Automotive Industry lubricant testing • Tribology film and residue chemical/ mechanical analysis testing • Lubricant quality scanning service • Grease testing • Sampling test points on assets provided (direction, application and SOP) • SOP created for lubrication processes • Lubrication tagging and asset identification that includes lubrication type, location, barcoding/QR coding and interval logging, including color coded • Disposal services
