A. The Operator shall operate a facility; staffed at all times, where participants will have an assigned room for the duration of their stay. Only participants, and approved visitors during visiting hours only, shall be allowed on-site and participants must have access to the facility at all hours to accommodate any work schedules. B. The Operator shall be responsible for the management of all on-site services including but not limited to: • managing facility operations; • overseeing participant intakes; • supervising security team; • providing case management; • coordinating meals; • entering contracts for staff support; and, • rendering aid in emergency situations. C. The Operator shall either provide staff or coordinate a variety of services including, but not limited to, those outlined in SEC. 425.
