Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking a Contractor to provide Maintenance, Repairs and Certification & Inspection services for the Justice Center Swing Stage on a time and materials basis. The work to be performed under this contract shall include, but not be limited to the following: · Contractor shall perform Swing Stage Repairs and Maintenance services (the “Work”) at the Multnomah County Justice Center at 1120 SW 3rd Ave., Portland, OR 97204. · Swing Stage repairs and maintenance services and all related Work defined herein shall be performed in accordance with industry best practices, including but not limited to furnishing all necessary personnel, tools, equipment, materials and supplies. · The results of all service calls shall be documented and given to the County or designee upon Work completion.
