The design services will include, but are not limited to, the following services necessary to design, permit and construct the new buildings at each of the selected Project sites: a) Conceptual plan, demonstrating the proposed station can accommodate future development on the selected Project site chosen by the County. b) A conceptual cost estimate; c) Architectural services; d) Geotechnical; e) Civil engineering; f) Structural engineering; g) Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering; h) Bid evaluation services; i) Construction administration; j) Close out documentation; The selected firm shall be required to perform the following Phase One and Phase Two services: Phase One – The conceptual design documents required to develop an approximate 8,000 square foot joint-use fire rescue station which will meet the current and future needs of the Polk County and the City of Bartow's Fire Departments. The design documents shall include floor plans, building exterior elevations, landscape plans, cost estimate, and any other plans and documents required to submit for approval by the County. Phase Two – All Construction documents and specifications required for plan review, project bidding, construction administration, and close out.
