Scope of Proposal: ● Perform regularly scheduled service visits (no less than 8 visits per year per site) to assess and report on kitchen and food service related sanitation requirements including, but not limited to: ○ Dishwashing chemicals and processes ○ Food handling and storage ○ Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation ○ Time and temperature controls ○ Consolidated written assessment report per visit emailed to AVUSD, Director of Nutrition Services and Field Supervisors ● Provide pre-measured Green Seal® Certified (or equal) portion-controlled detergents and sanitizers packaged for exact dilutions and clearly labeled or color-coded spray bottles corresponding to cleansers as appropriate ● Provide OSHA-compliant labeling for all safety and sanitation products and bottles ● Provide a minimum of 2 hours of Professional Standards Training for AVUSD Nutrition Services staff throughout the year. ● Provide assistance with development of district standard operating procedures and HACCP documents, as needed. ● Provide the option for ServSafe Manager certification training and administration of the ServSafe Manager Certification Test if requested
