Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Base Model Standard Requirements: 4.1.1. Construction: Models shall be manufactured with fiberglass and/or body construction; 4.1.1.1. Preference shall be given to Offerors who can supply both fiberglass and aluminum body type construction. 4.1.2. Locks: All models shall have a locking mechanism and shall include two sets of matching keys; 4.1.3. Windows: Preference shall be given to models with no side windows, when available. 4.2.
