a. Construction of 8-inch to 20-inch distribution main at depths of up to 18 feet via open cut and trenchless methods (pipe jacking). b. A narrow construction corridor, with adjacent utilities that must remain in service throughout the duration of the project. c. Careful planning and sequencing of construction activities to tie into existing water infrastructure to minimize impacts to customers. d. Close and continuous coordination with several key stakeholders including but not limited to: the City of San Antonio Transportation and Capital Improvements Department, City of San Antonio Fiesta Parade, San Antonio Water System Hildebrand Tank operators, CoSA Arborist, CPS Energy, Baptist Medical Center, Sunshine Cottage School, and numerous business owners.
