There are 148 existing bridges that require Routine inspections on a 24-month cycle. *A new bridge is being constructed in 2025 and will become the 149th bridge to be added to the 24 month routine cycle (bringing the total database count to 158). 7 bridges require Routine inspections on a 12-month cycle. **Bridges 161 and 224 are Pedestrian Bridges (Locally Funded) with Routine Inspections on 48 Month Cycle. ***Underwater inspections are required every 48 months, and they are due in September 2028. Bridges 6, 54, & 57 require underwater inspections. There are currently no bridges that require complex inspections in Morgan County. There are currently no bridges that require element inspections in Morgan County.
