Testing, maintenance, and repair work necessary to ensure the continuing operation of the fire alarm systems at each library and compliance with the County fire codes shall be done as soon as possible. As the situation permits, the HSPLS will work with the Contractor to schedule their work to be completed. Contractor shall exercise infection control methods for all material used on site containing odor and/or material considered hazardous, including, but not limited to air intake filters, interior protection, proper disposal, and a documented safety plan. HSPLS reserves the right to have maintenance or repair tasks performed on the weekends or after normal operating hours if the work may affect building operations.
