Prepare invoices utilizing an invoicing system approved by SLCTPW. Prepare change orders. Coordinate potential design changes based on field conditions with Contractor and County. Obtain labor records, conduct labor interviews, and review records for compliance with State and Federal prevailing wage requirements. Conduct construction materials testing, inspection, and review material certifications (as needed). Review shop drawings (as needed). Assist with utility coordination (as needed). Resolve on-site design errors/issues (as needed). Conduct project update meetings (as needed). Coordinate and lead final inspection. Provide as-builts for the County records. Serve as the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Local Public Agency (LPA) Person of Responsible Charge.
