Vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and parts necessary to provide maintenance and repair services for compactors and balers listed on Exhibit A. 2.2 Vendor shall affix company decals to each piece of equipment so that SJC staff can reach the vendor easily when additional service is required. 2.2.1 The decal shall include the name of the vendor and contact information with a phone number that is monitored. 2.3 All equipment and service-related documentation shall be provided to the airport. 2.4 SJC reserves the right to halt vendor’s work at any time. 2.5 Vendor shall park in designated parking areas only; vehicles must be easily identified with the vendor’s logo on each vehicle. 2.5.1 Vehicles are subject to inspection at any time. 2.6 Vendor shall promptly notify SJC of any accidents involving bodily injury to workers, building occupants, visitors, or other persons while performing services at SJC. 2.6.1 SJC will aid in contacting the necessary parties. 2.7 Vendor shall assume full responsibility for any damages resulting from the performance of services. 2.7.1 All damages shall be corrected at the vendor’s sole expense. 2.8 Vendor shall immediately check in with SJC upon arrival at airport. 2.9 Vendor shall immediately check out with SJC upon departure from airport.
