• Placement of 2-inch overlay of approximately 12,128.5 square feet of bituminous surface material for two parking lots • Fencing for dumpster enclosure: o 6-foot industrial grade black vinyl coated fencing. o F668 Class 2a fabric, 2-inch diamond, 9-gage core with a 6-gage finish knuckle for top and bottom. o 10-foot double drive gate made from 1 5/8 DQ40 piping. o 3-inch bulldog style hinges with industrial drop rod for latch. o Line posts: 2 3/8 DQ40 pipe. o Terminal posts: 3-inch DQ40 pipe. o Corner bracings: truss rods and tighteners. o Bottom will be secured with 9-gage core, 6-gage finish tension wire supported with 9-gage hog rings ever 12 inches. o 6-foot bottom lock privacy slats (black). o All posts will be anchored to concrete. o Line posts will have a 6x6 square plate welded to the base. o Corner posts will have an 8x8 square plate welded to the base. o All plates will have 4 anchor bolts (one for each corner of the plate).
