The following are examples of the types of work the Contractor will be required to complete during the course of this Agreement. It is not intended to be “all inclusive.” 1. Analyze and verify damaged roof and/or substrate. 2. Repair roof leaks with the correct roof material (possibly single ply membrane roof such as TPO, EDPM, or PVC), sealant, adhesive, heat, tape, mechanical fasteners, seam welding, or nailing. Contractor must verify. 3. Repair roof substrate and/or subroof. 4. Minor structural repairs. 5. Repair fascia. 6. Patch roof. 7. Repair vents. 8. Repair flashing. 9. Repair and clean gutters. 10. Remove and haul away to an offsite location any damaged roof/subroof materials, dry rot, waste, debris, and other rubbish. 11. Roof tarping. 12. General and preventative maintenance. 13. Properly operate the equipment and tools in a skilled manner using the best technique for this type of work. 14. All work shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local building codes.
