Fire Alarm System Testing & Inspection. All testing will be completed in accordance with the most recent edition of NFPA 72- National Fire Alarm Code. Please refer to Special provisions for any additional testing and inspections to be performed under this Agreement. a. Inspection (Annually) a) Inspect and determine if the fire alarm and detection system is in service and in satisfactory condition. b) Inspect for any changes or modifications of the fire alarm and detection system. c) Inspect for any changes in general occupancy, environment, operations, and conditions related to the fire alarm and detection system in accordance with NFPA standards. d) Inspect general storage and stock arrangements in relation to the fire alarm and detection system. e) Check the general condition of the fire alarm panel and related equipment. f) Inspect smoke detectors for cleanliness.
