The Respondent selected to provide engineering and design services for the Project shall be responsible for preparing all the necessary construction documents, final record drawings and prepare cost estimates. Consultant will identify, all utility relocation and new connections and notify the affected utilities, perform the necessary Right-of-Way (“ROW”) engineering work and obtain all needed acquisitions/easements/agreements, permits, prepare certifications, prepare all necessary documents and conduct coordination necessary for approvals for the construction of the Project and supporting materials to meet funding obligations and reporting requirements. The Consultant shall provide design support services as well as submittal and Request for Information (RFI) reviews/responses, attend project meetings as necessary, as well as coordinate their work with the construction manager during the construction of the Project.
