SPECIFICATIONS AND STATEMENT OF WORK The contract to be awarded will be considered a Time and Materials contract for Vendor to provide the Services and Materials described in this Statement of Work and additionally “Exhibit A” on an as needed basis for a not to exceed expenditure. This is to include repair and upkeep of data and voice hardware, voice and data cable maintenance, and basic technical support and configuration changes. ADDITIONAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS The District reserves the right to amend the agreement or enter a new agreement for additional items as covered under this BID. If the District chooses, newly purchased equipment will be added to the maintenance service as their warranty periods expire and will be maintained at the pro-rated annual price listed herein.
