Scope of Work Supplier to provide and replace the following Simplex brand fire alarm components; including connecting and configuring to addressable devices on the new Simplex 4007ES fire alarm panel recently installed at the location below: QTY, MODEL NUMBER, DESCRIPTION 9 ea, 4098-9714, PHOTO SENSOR 12 ea, 4098-9792, SENSOR BASE 3 ea, 4098-9733, HEAT SENSOR 11 ea, 4099-9006, STATION-LED, DA PUSH ADDR 1 ea, 4090-9001, SUPERVISED IAM 5 ea, 4906-9127, HORN/STROBE MC RED Simplex brand components ONLY, required to maintain compatibility and warranty. Existing control wiring will be reused. If existing wiring cannot be reused, supplier will provide a quote for the necessary re-wiring, to be approved on a change order. Inclusions: 1. All components listed above. 2. Provide technician labor to replace listed field devices, and program into Simplex 4007ES. 3. Provide technician labor to function test system. 4. Provide NFPA 72 Record of Completion. 5. Provide one (1) year warranty for Simplex equipment and work done directly by Simplex to be included in pricing. Exclusions: 1. Paint, patch, ceiling tile replacement, or concrete coring. 2. Conduit, wiring, boxes, etc. 3. Delay costs and extension costs. 4. All third-party fees. 5. Liquidated damages. 6. Rentals of any lifts. 7. If there are any existing wiring issues, or troubles on the panel this proposal does not include a price for those issues to be corrected must be quoted after award. Supplier must be a manufacturer-authorized distributor and installer of Simplex brand fire alarm systems and components. Supplier to quote one price inclusive of all parts, labor, and trip charges necessary to perform the job.
