North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) is requesting sealed bids to establish and award a Time and Materials contract to provide Electrical Work at the NDSCS Location, Fargo, ND & Career Innovation Center, Fargo, ND. Equipment must be delivered at no extra cost and is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide any and all required equipment in offloading of the order. Delivery dates will be arranged in advance with the Contractor and the ordering department. All work should be performed in a neat and workman like manner. Any, and all cleanup of debris and material is the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. Any security clearance or other procedures to follow will be arranged with NDSCS Facilities Management. Work to be performed during normal working hours (7:45 AM – 4:45 PM) Monday – Friday. Extended work hours must be approved by an NDSCS Representative. Before starting any project, Contractor must inform NDSCS personnel that they have arrived on campus.
