To retain a lawn care provider for Campbell County government property. This would include mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and spraying for weeds in both turf and non-turf areas. CCPRD is looking for lawn care between early May to the first part of October (23 weeks). 4-J Site will include all County Facilities along 4-J Road. These Facilities are Children’s Developmental Services Annex, Children’s Developmental Services, Campbell County Public Library, Campbell County Public Health, Half-Pipe Alley Skate Park and undeveloped property south to Lakeway. Courthouse Site will include property on or around the Campbell County Parking Garage, Campbell County Courthouse, GAMB, Beulah Underwood Park (West of the Courthouse), Step Park (South of Courthouse), Campbell County Courthouse Annex and green space (East of the Courthouse), and Campbell County Rockpile Museum.
