The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits (if any are required) to complete the below referenced project based on the following scope of work: *Work times will be Monday – Friday (8am-5pm). No work on weekends or Holidays unless approved. Work outside of these days & times must be approved 48 hours in advance. *All debris relating to this project will be removed from the work site. Remove, add, relocate & fix the following: • Remove specified walls. • Add walls in specified locations. • Remove carpet and glue in a specific work area. • Remove, add or relocate electrical and lighting in designated areas. • Remove, add or fix ceiling tiles and grid work in designated areas. • Add new doors and casing in designated areas. They must be comparable or like the existing doors unless otherwise stated. • Remove doors & casing. Stud and sheet rock the area where door is removed. • Portions of this project will need to be done in phases.
