1. Removal and disposal of two (2) scissors lift currently at bays #7 & #8 at the Hayden garage. Coordination between the engineer and the facility manager is required. 2. Sawcut floor and demo for the construction of two (2) new pits at bays 7 & and 8. 3. Construction of concrete pits at bays 7 & and 8. Fill existing scissors lift-pit with CLSM to the depth necessary for forming of new pits. Installation of dowels and reinforcement as shown in the plans. Slope pit floor to drain into adjacent oil/water separator system via 4-inch PVC drainpipes. 4. Application of polyaspartic coating over floor area 5. Provision of 480 V, 3-Phase electrical power at each lift location, including conduits, wires, disconnect switches, and breakers, for operating the lifts. The power source is to be located over and above the lift column from which the lift is powered . 6. Dismantling and transportation of the two (2) Mohawk lifts that are currently at Woodhill Garage to Hayden Garage. 7. Installation of the two (2) relocated lifts in the newly formed pits. 8. Engage the services of Mohawk to test and certify each lift before putting into service.
