The County of Monmouth invites the submission of written proposals to provide twelve (12) hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) classroom services for the Monmouth County Division of Behavioral Health within the Department of Health and Human Services for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with four (4) one-year renewal options. The successful Contractor will supervise, schedule and coordinate their professional licensed or certified counseling staff consistent with all requirements and qualifications. All sessions shall meet the State’s Intoxicated Driving Program requirements and curriculum. The education classes will be held for six (6) hours per day on two (2) consecutive days, (usually Monday and Tuesday unless otherwise noted) from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Monmouth County Human Services Building located at 3000 Kozloski Road, Freehold, New Jersey 07728.
