Offeror must host an annual one-hour webinar on sources of lead poisoning, medical management, working with state and local public health, and finding case management experts across the state; topics may be expanded as needs arise. • The webinar will focus on physicians and allied healthcare providers. CME and MOC Part II to be offered. • Materials will be approved by ODH before dissemination. 3.1.2 Offeror must utilize practice coaching methodology to train up to 20 practices in SFY26 across the state. • The curriculum will include at least one 30- minute introductory and education session, one 1- hour coaching session, and one 30-minute follow up and touch base meeting; meetings may be virtual to facilitate scheduling. 3.1.3 Offeror must collaborate with other professional medical associations in Ohio and recruit from: • Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) - Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA) -Community Health Workers (CHW) - Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN) In collaboration with this network. 3.1.4 Offeror must meet with ODH Lead Program Staff and Vendors Monthly to review barriers and successes, progress, and outcomes. 3.1.5 Offeror must develop evaluation measures to gauge effectiveness of the comprehensive training program and practice coaching program. • The webinar will be tailored to community providers, like WIC, CHW, social workers, and home visitors.
