Texas State University, Athletics is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with a Concert and Entertainment consultant to help secure and successfully execute live events at both Bobcat Stadium and University Events Center, along with other Texas State venues. The selected vendor must be able to provide both booking and post-booking consulting services for the execution of an event. The services required by respondent included but are not limited to the following: • Working with booking agencies and event producers to secure event on behalf of Texas State University, Athletics • Negotiating favorable terms • Provide on-going consultation regarding best industry practices as it relates to the event execution and support throughout the entire process from contracting to event execution and final event settlement.
