The work to be performed by the selected consultant consists of preparing surveying and civil engineering design, and preparing draft and final plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) packages for the anticipated pavement mill and overlay and related improvements on Old Highway 99 and Britt Road in Mount Vernon, Washington. Project extents include: • Old Highway 99 from a point approximately 177 feet southeast of the intersection between Old Highway 99 and Blackburn Road south to the intersection with East Hickox Road. • Britt Road (also referred to as Hazel Road) from the northern intersection with West Hazel Street (where West Hazel Street turns from east-west to north-south) southwest to the intersection between Britt Road and Dike Road.
