Leadership development to build collective leadership capacity across district and campus leadership teams. Goal: To enhance leadership capacity at all levels within ECISD, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving sustainable, transformational change that results in improved outcomes across the district. Support must be customizable to meet the needs of district leaders, including executive, campus, and department leadership teams. Leadership sessions will occur in various in-person formats. Training and coaching must be job-embedded, aligning with the roles and responsibilities of leaders at different levels. Personalized coaching may be personal or virtual, providing structured advancement criteria to ensure measurable growth. Training and coaching must equip leaders with tools, protocols, and monitoring frameworks to implement best practices in areas such as strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, instructional leadership, change management, and team development.
