The Contractor shall provide Remedial Action Services (Services) to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP, FDEP, or Department) for the Site. The Contractor shall submit a detailed Remedial Action Work Plan (RA Work Plan) and will be the Engineer of Record for the Remedial Action at the Petroleum Products Superfund Site at 3150 W Pembroke Road, Pembroke Park, FL 33009. These Services will address the Remedial Action activities as specified in the 2021 Record of Decision (ROD) including the demolition and disposal of existing buildings, excavation and disposal of contaminated soils located above the ground water table, and in-situ stabilization/solidification (ISS) of soils using large-diameter soil augers. The required activities must be performed in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and State Chapter 62-780, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), associated guidance documents, and Attachment 9, Petroleum Products Corporation Design Technical Specifications and Final Design Drawings of the Draft Contract.
