1. Provide Electronic Monitoring service for pretrial defendants as ordered by the COURT; 2. Furnish all equipment and accessories required to make the system fully operational, which shall include, but not be limited to, tracking devices, applications and software, hardware and computer systems, recorders, bracelets, clips, straps, client service agreements, tools and reference materials at no additional charge beyond the bidder’s proposed cost; 3. Ensure all equipment supplied conforms to the following conditions: • Of a technology currently in use by the manufacturer; • FCC Compliant, meets market safety standards, made of hypo allergenic material with no harmful substances and present no safety hazards to staff and participants; • Capable of communicating with the CONTRACTOR’S computer system to detect the following events and communicate such to the CONTRACTOR’S computer system: ➢ Arrival and departure from inclusion and exclusion zones; ➢ Battery low alerts; ➢ Tamper alerts; ➢ Tracking device failed to call alerts; ➢ Efforts to tamper with the tracking device; ➢ Grace period for early leave and late returns;
