The services required include but are not limited to: • Project Management; • Collaborative Scoping & Environmental Review; • Topographic Survey; • Traffic Engineering; • Shared Use Trails and Non-motorized Bridges (Preliminary, Final Plans, and Bid/award) Design; • Roadway and Pedestrian Shared Use Trail Lighting Design; and • Supplemental services as described within The services to be performed are described more specifically as follows: Task 1: Project Management • Project Initiation - The Consultant shall schedule a kick-off meeting with the DPW Project Manager and project team according to an approved Schedule of Deliverables. The Consultant is responsible for setting up the project kick-off meeting which will include but not limited to the meeting agenda, miscellaneous handouts, and project schedule. Agenda items for this meeting shall include the review points and durations, time-frame assumptions built into the project schedules, invoicing procedures, progress reporting, and reporting criteria. The Consultant is responsible for meeting minutes which shall be provided to the DPW Project Manager within three (3) business days following the meeting. • Project Tracking and Management - The Consultant is responsible for project tracking and will ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. All correspondence shall include applicable project number, along with the project name, and federal project number. The Consultant shall provide the Project Manager with a monthly project schedule update (in Primevara P6 format) and progress report including the estimated and actual date of completion of each task to be performed. The Consultant shall provide the Project Manager with monthly invoices using the DPW standard form for invoicing. The Consultant shall provide a description of services with each invoice submittal. • The Consultant shall coordinate with and provide the DPW Project Manager monthly updates. It is anticipated that the Consultant will have regular coordination meetings with the DPW Project Manager during the project to review the project status and address any concerns of the DPW. • The Consultant will attend all meetings required by external agencies such as LADOTD, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO), and utility entities during the design of this Project. In addition, Consultant will be responsive to external agencies’ and utility entities’ comments and manage the approval process required for constructing this project. • The Consultant shall convene and host regular stakeholder working group meetings that will allow a collaborative approach for project formation: Engage key community representatives and organizations.
