The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, Inc. (NJTPA) is seeking consultant support to provide SAP S/4HANA Basis and functional support to optimize performance and functionality; support development of analytics, reports, and dashboards; and assist in planning future development for its SAP ERP System. SAP is used to manage the NJTPA’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) grants, meeting the agency’s needs for: integrated grant program accounting and financial processes; program and project level management and reporting; access to reliable project and financial data across the organization; stronger program and financial controls; higher levels of transparency and accountability; efficient budget preparation and tracking; and compliance with current government grant reporting and auditing standards. It is the intent of the NJTPA to award a contract agreement for these support services for a 15-month term, with an option to renew the original agreement for two one-year terms by mutual agreement.
