The Project consists of design and construction of the following improvements as further discussed Attachment B to this RFQ. Sidestream treatment facilities for treatment of centrate by the Anita Mox deammonification process. It is expected that the following facilities will be needed: » Centrate transfer pump station. » Heat exchanger. » Equalization basin. » Reactor feed pump station. » Process control building including electrical equipment. » Modifications to existing electrical to accommodate backup power needs. » Alkalinity addition. » Subsurface Improvements. New UV disinfection structure with Trojan UVSigna 2-Row system. New electrical building for UV system. Yard piping, paving and grading, and other site civil improvements as needed
