Upton Ave. in Reed City. The project will involve preparing the roof surface, installing ice and water and a moisture and heat-resistant underlayment, and ensuring all work complies with relevant local codes, permits and Michigan regulations. Preparation of Roof Surface: o Inspect the existing roof deck for damage and ensure it is sound before proceeding with the installation of the new roofing system. o Apply an ice and water shield underlayment. o Apply a high-quality, durable underlayment membrane designed to resist moisture, heat, and weather conditions typical for the area.
