1. The canister sampler must meet the following requirements: A. The system must contain the following components: i. Microprocessor based digital circuitry. ii. A SVGA color touchscreen display. iii. Two independent collection channels. iv. Independent mass flow controllers for each channel. v. Analog outputs of 0-5 volts for canister pressures and flowrates. vi. A 0-15 pound per square inch pressure gauge with 0-5-volt output. vii. Alternating current (AC) power: 115 volts, 60 hertz (Hz). viii. Rear located sample inlet with ¼-inch fused silica lined Swagelok fittings, shipped in a manner to maintain cleanliness (capped). ix. Two front located sample outlets with 1/8-inch fused silica lined Swagelok fittings, shipped in a manner to maintain cleanliness (capped). B. Each of the two sampler channels must meet U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method TO-15 requirements for cleanliness (less than 0.2 parts per billion by volume) for all measured compounds using a humid (relative humidity >30%) air or nitrogen matrix. Documentation of the analytical verification will be provided with each sampler. C. Programmable for a recurring automated 24-hour sample collection over 6-day collection cycle. D. Active sample line purge prior to sample collection. E. Manual leak check during setup. F. Automated leak check prior to sample collection. G. Canister flow rate and pressure logging during sampling. H. Software calibration of mass flow controllers and pressure transducers. I. On screen operating procedures. J. Real-time editing for programmable parameters.
