Respondent shall maintain the following: • Existing flower beds, to include manual irrigation where required, based on the attached Locations map (Attachment C) • University campus grounds based on the attached University Campus map (Attachment B) for mowing service • Athletic practice fields • Vincent-Beck Stadium – common areas • Softball/Soccer complex (weed eating/edging/blowing is required at playing fields) • Cardinal Village Dorms (Gentry, Morris, Campbell, Monroe and Combs Halls) UNIVERSITY VACANT / TEMPORARY PARKING LOTS ▪ Respondent shall maintain the following: o University vacant property grounds based on Attachment D of all University Vacant Properties. o Respondent shall spray fence line around vacant properties with proper herbicide applications per the Frequency Schedule (Attachment A). o Temporary parking areas require the weeds to be controlled using the proper chemical(s) and/or the necessary trimming equipment per the Frequency Schedule (Attachment A).
