i. For the purposes of this Contract, the mowing season shall be March through November. ii. Prior to each mowing, the Contractor shall remove all trash, sticks, and other unwanted debris from the lawns, plant beds, and paved areas. iii. During the mowing season all lawn areas shall be mowed in accordance with the schedule listed below, and as dictated by weather conditions and/or as directed by the Contract Monitor. iv. Mowing Schedule: a) May 2025 – four (4) mows b) June 2025 – four (4) mows c) July 2025 – three (3) mows d) August 2025 – two (2) mows e) September 2025 – three (3) mows f) October 2025 – four (4) mows g) November 2025 – two (2) mows h) March 2026 – two (2) mows i) April 2026 – three (3) mows v.
