The General Scope of Services includes: 1. Gather and review existing data including the Evergreen Park Master Plan (2015), City of Bellaire Parks Master Plan (2016) and the recent Evergreen Park survey conducted in November 2024. 2. Support a stakeholdersinvolvement plan to include townhalls and Council workshops. 3. Prepare design elements of the park master plan, including • Development of Project Phasing • Development of thematic elements of park • Development of Park Amenities • Design of Park Entrance(s) • Assessment of traffic flows in and out of park • ADA accessibility • Parking • Site utilities • Permitting 4. Prepare narratives and sketches appropriate for public meetings and funding packages. 5. Coordination with stakeholders including residents, Nature Discovery Center, and adjacent property owners. 6. Recommend design alternatives and associated costs with potential phasing.
