The objective of this project is to develop and implement a single web portal that interfaces with the container terminal’s Terminal Operating Systems (TOS). This customer service portal will serve as a valuable tool for our customers to obtain real time information regarding their shipments, terminal announcements, appointments, along with many other enhancements that will streamline processes and greatly benefit our customers. There should be a post implementation support service to offer troubleshooting and technical support as well as implement new functionality as needed to improve customer experience. Vendor must have an existing platform currently used in the industry with the ability to demonstrate, for the Port Authority’s offices and terminals all located in Harris County, Texas.
