he Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the hauling and stockpiling of 130,000 total tons of Class 13 Modified that will be delivered to three locations. All truck load of material must be tarped. The sites are located at three (3) locations, which are known as Site # 1, Site # 2, and Site # 3 and are described as follows: Site # 1: Will be known as Watford City and is located in the NW ¼ of Section 29, T150N, R98W on the south east edge of town. The Contractor will stockpile 80,000 tons of Class 13 Modified at this site. Site # 2: Will be known as Grassy Butte and is located in the SW ¼ of Section 2, T145N, R99W on the north side of County Road 50. The Contractor will stockpile 20,000 tons of Class 13 Modified at this site. Site # 3: Will be known Alexander and is located in Section 7, T150N, R101W. The Contractor will stockpile 30,000 tons of Class 13 Modified at this site.
