6.2.1 General Items: • Pole tents and frame tents inclusive of sidewalls • Standard 8-foot plastic or wood banquet style tables • 60-inch plastic or wood round tables • Plastic or wood folding chairs • Plastic fencing, with all required materials necessary for installation. 6.2.2 Preseason Camp – Football: The Division of Intercollegiate (DIA) holds a preseason football camp beginning the first or second week of August (date TBD) and continuing 2 to 3 weeks. Specific dates will be determined in mid-Spring prior to that summer camp will be provided to successful vendor. Football Camp requires the following for each football camp season: 2 – 30 x 60 foot tent with sides 1 – 40 x 40 foot tent with sides 6.2.3 Football Season: DIA will require the following for each football season. Schedule will be provided to the successful vendor. 34,400 sq. ft. – POLE TENTS (10 x 10, 20 x 40; 40 x 60; 40 x 80) 1,536 sq. ft. – FRAME TENTS (16 x 16) 180 units – 8 FT. TABLES 1,250 units – PLASTIC FOLDING CHAIRS 1,800 ft. – FENCING (SNOW FENCING, PLASTIC PICKET FENCING)
