During the sites “Open Season” that runs from late May through October, Vendor will thoroughly clean all Museum and Education Center restrooms daily and ensure that the entry and reception area is swept or vacuumed. Vendor will clean all other areas - hallways, stairway, kitchen, sitting room, large great room, two exhibit galleries, gift shop, and classroom - on a biweekly or as needed basis. 3.1.1. Cleaning duties will include vacuuming, mopping, window washing, dusting, sanitizing doorknobs and surfaces, restocking soaps and paper products, etc. 3.1.2. Vendor will gather and remove trash and recyclable materials from the Museum and Education Center into the outside dumpsters daily. 3.1.3. Vendor will ensure the proper discard of leftover catering food and hazardous material when applicable.
