Removal of existing copper valley flashings 5. Removal of existing snow rails and wire guards 6. Removal of damaged copper gutter 7. Removal of damaged and deteriorated wood facias boards and soffit 8. Cleaning of existing clay brick masonry and concrete cap 9. Repair of damaged concrete chimney cap 10. Repointing of clay brick masonry 11. New roofing underlayment 12. New EPDM roofing membrane adhered to existing EPDM membrane adjacent to slate roof 13. Provide new copper valley flashings 14. Provide new slate roofing 15. Provide new copper ridge flashings
