The Town of Lee acting through its Public Works Board invites sealed bids for bituminous concrete paving in the Town of Lee. Resurfacing shall include placement of 1.5” wearing course (overlay) over an emulsified tack-coat using MassDOT Type I, Table “B” mix with minimum 6% asphalt bitumen content shall be installed. Additionally, full depth reclamation with injected asphalt stabilization, fine grading, compaction and the placement of a new hot mixed asphalt structure and wearing course of Beartown Mountain Road. All materials and installation are to be performed in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s latest Specifications for Highways and Bridges unless otherwise noted. Bid prices shall include all labor, equipment, and material for a complete in place product.
